Franchisees Nationwide and Burger King Corporation Key to Winning Account
ITASCA, Ill., Aug. 10 2004 -- OfficeMax(R)
announced today that it had been
awarded a national contract with Restaurant Services
Inc. (RSI) under
which Burger King Corporation and BURGER KING(R) restaurant
operators across the United States
may purchase items ranging from office supplies and paper,
to furniture and technology products. The contract provides
significant cost savings, ordering
incentives, next-day delivery on most orders and the
convenience of
nearly 1,000 retail locations nationwide, as well as
convenient and secure on-line ordering through RSI's Supply Chain
Portal, RSIWEB.COM.
The selection of OfficeMax reflects the company's ability
to provide
solutions, both at a corporate and restaurant level,
that address the total cost
of office supply purchasing, including convenience,
productivity and price. In
addition, Burger King Corporation and its franchisees
will receive contract pricing
at OfficeMax retailers nationwide."On behalf of
